  The staff at this store are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Alex (customer service assistant) was great with his advice and I was happy with his work :)

  Luca and Aaron were absolutely amazing, very polite and welcoming, showed us the different bikes and was on hand to answer any questions we had. They seemed very knowledgeable with the bikes they were selling which made the decision to choose a bike easier. I would not hesitate in recommending this store to anyone. 5 star service and no pressure to buy. Will definitely visit them in future for any further purchases and will be recommending them to family and friends.

  "I want to give a massive shoutout to Alex for his incredible customer service. We had a long, drawn-out back-and-forth regarding my bike, and to be honest, I was actually dreading my appointment today . However, Alex and his team completely turned the situation around and brought it to a highly satisfactory conclusion. He truly over-delivered! The silver lining to the whole experience is that I learned a ton about how the TQ motor operates, and it felt like a positive learning experience for both of us. I am now a very satisfied customer. The bike looks absolutely fantastic with the new internal cable routing and the TQ HPR 60 motor. If you need any help or have a complex issue, Alex is the guy you want in your corner. Highly recommend!"
