MMAX Gym is based in the centre of Hemel Hempstead. The main classes on offer are strength and conditioning, as well as Martial Arts technique.
Our head coach also offer 1-2-1 sessions which are available on request and tailored to each customers requirements.
Suitable for improving fitness, health & wellbeing in a good social atmosphere. All ages are welcome.
Our venue is also available for hire and suitable for dance classes, yoga, martial arts, pt sessions and small groups. The gym is a matted space and no outdoor footwear can be worn inside. Different equipment is also available and can be used.
