- JJJanet Jamieson1 day ago5.0Morvich campsite is set in stunning scenery surrounded by mountains. It’s an ideal location for access if you enjoy hillwalking and cycling. It’s also a good location for exploring by car. The site has very good facilities which are clean and tidy and the wardens obviously care about the site and their visitors. They couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly during our stay.

I have seen that other people have had the same experience and written similar reviews about the same lady. One person has even taken a photo of her and added it to their review. To the owner, there has to be someone else out there looking for a job that would be nicer to your guests. Go to Ardelve campsite instead.
- IGIain GonnellaAug 22, 20265.0Fantastic site, very clean and welcoming. When it says 'caution hot water ' its hot. Which makes a change from most places. Very clean toilets and washing areas. Chipper van visits on a Thursday night, just phone and pre-order what you want. The scenery is outstanding and not far from the main road. I was camping and was cautious about tent pegs. They ground is soft enough for pushing in the pegs by hand.

The site is spotless, beautifully maintained and clearly looked after with real pride. Its stunning location is matched by the exceptionally high standards throughout. Judith and Simon are a huge part of what makes Morvich so special. They are warm, friendly and helpful, and their hard work and attention to detail can be seen across the whole site. They create a genuinely welcoming atmosphere and make every stay feel personal. The friendly welcome and reassuring presence of staff add so much to the experience. It would be a real shame if Morvich ever moved towards a less personal approach, such as automated check-in or reduced staffing. The people, care and attention are central to the campsite’s character and help it stand out from so many others. Morvich is a wonderful site, and Judith and Simon deserve enormous credit for the superb job they do. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Can non-members book campsites online?
Yes, non-members can book selected Club campsites online. Non-members are required to pay an additional supplement of �15 per night to stay upon arrival at site. Tent pitches can also be booked online, there is no non-member supplement to be paid when booking a tent pitch.
Does the Club own any overseas sites?
We work closely with over 310 campsites which are regularly visited and inspected by Club staff. We don't own or directly manage any overseas sites.
How do I book an overseas site?
Overseas campsite bookings can easily be made on the Club website and
Do I need a different driving licence for driving a motorhome or towing a caravan?
If you passed your test before 1st January 1997, you are able to drive any combination of car and caravan, or any motorhome with a weight of up to 7500kg (or 8250kg with a trailer). If your licence starts after 1st January 1997 then you can drive a car and caravan with a combined maximum weight of 3500kg (or 4250kg to include a small trailer weighing no more than 750kg). You can also drive a motorhome with a weight of up to 3500kg (with a small trailer of up to 750kg, or a heavier trailer if the combined maximum weight is no more than 3500kg). For all drivers aged 70 and over, the motorhome weight allowance is reduced to 3500kg maximum weight, unless a medical report is supplied.

How do I access the free Wi-Fi?
When you arrive at the campsite, you will be able to access FREE Wi-Fi (for basic browsing and emails only) after registering on the portal. The portal is only available when you are located in the hotspot area on a Club campsite offering Wi-Fi.
Where on the site will the hotspot be located?
The wireless hotspot will be located close to reception. Sharing a limited bandwidth with others may also vary the speed of service with some sites being a distance from the exchange. Our service is suitable for basic web surfing and emails but not updates or streaming e.g. BBC iPlayer and YouTube.
Do I have to be a member to stay on a UK campsite?
Non-members are welcome to book and stay at many of the Club campsites, however there are some that are member-exclusive. This information is available on each individual campsite webpage. Members may bring friends or family too, as long as they stay for the same duration.
How long can you stay on a Club Campsite?
Yes, however, if you have multiple pitch types booked within the duration of your stay, it may not be possible for you to remain on the same pitch for your entire stay. During busy periods you will potentially need to move to the pitch(es) you originally booked.
Can I stay on Club campsites with a tent?
It�s likely that since the Directory was printed, the campsite has withdrawn from our network and so will not appear online. If you feel that there is still an error, please phone us on 01342 327 490.
Can I book different pitch types throughout a stay?

Trailer tents and folding campers are considered the equivalent to a caravan, rather than a tent so they are therefore accepted on Club campsites that wouldn�t normally permit conventional tents. Search for our outfit types page for a comprehensive list of outfit types we welcome.
Are self-build conversions welcome?

Are trailer tents and folding campers welcome?
Boats aren�t designed to be used for accommodation on land and so, unfortunately, we don�t accept them on our campsites. The only exception to this is Wilderness Boats, which are small canal boats that are purposely designed for dual use on the land and in the water. Are roof top tents welcome?
New members can have online access as little as one hour after joining online. Your email confirmation containing your membership number usually arrives within 48 hours of joining online.
Are boats on trailers welcome?
You can include a joint member to your membership free of charge. Additional family members can be added for �10 each. Joint and family members must live at the same address as the lead member and be over 18 years old.
If I become a member online, how quickly will I be able to book UK Club campsites?
If you are the full member you can amend your membership details under My Profile. You can also amend your membership details, including amending joint or family members, by using Webchat or phoning our membership services line.
