Just one mile from the A9 And the North Coast 500 NC500 and a further one mile into the local town of Dornoch it has easy access to all that is needed yet provides the tranquility and seclusion expected of a rural site. There is a golf range and fishing on the farm and a range of local excellent golf courses available. Multiple walks originate from the farm, into the woods and down to the beach, making it a joy for walkers and dog owners alike. There is fishing in the locality and much wildlife to observe, including a local osprey who frequents the farm!
