Ahmad and the team at BikeX have been exceptional at sourcing an eMTB for me. Following extensive cardiac surgery I can no longer safely ride a road bike or heavy MTB without assistance. I still want to have fun on a bike and low strain exercise is recommended for my recovery. Ahmad understood my requirements perfectly and followed them precisely. With some patience he found the perfect eMTB for me that fitted my spec and condition requirements. Comms, price and prep for delivery and handover were carefully done and team in the shop were easy and friendly to deal with, giving me advice and going above and beyond. I would highly recommend BikeX, praise them for a stress free and easy buying process.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic bike shop! I had my bike repaired here and went back today to have the brakes adjusted. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and sorted everything out brilliantly. Really knowledgeable, great service and nothing seemed too much trouble. A wonderful local bike shop that I’d definitely recommend. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service. We went today to buy my son a MTB. The lads in there could not be more helpful, my son rode the bike and they moved the brake levers and gear shifter so that everything was in the perfect position for him, he came home beaming! Highly recommend and will definitely be our go to shop in the future

I’ve been using Bikex for the past year and Ahmad has been fantastic every single time I’ve visited the shop. He’s always friendly, welcoming and an absolute pleasure to do business with. His knowledge of bikes is second to none, and you can tell he genuinely cares about looking after his customers and making sure they’re happy with their purchase. The bikes also come with a 100-day warranty, which I certainly made use of with one of mine. The bike needed a few parts during the warranty period, and there was absolutely no hassle - the parts were ordered and fitted by the shop, which gave me real confidence in the after-sales service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bikex and Ahmad to anyone looking for a bike. Great service, excellent knowledge and, most importantly, they look after you after the sale as well. Keep up the high standards, Ahmad. 👏🚴🏼 Highly recommended - give Bikex a try, you won’t be disappointed!
