  This is an amazing club site for those with young children. Just renovated. With a bus stop outside too. The club house is great and food is lovely. Pool excellent, although opening hours could be better. The only snag is pitch size and in some cases pitch access. We had to do a few laps to find one suitable for our relatively standard pop top camper with drive away awning. The pitch we did find suitable was fine, but still very tight, only leaving a foot or so before the tarmac. Nearly did 4 stars, but it really is a lovely site in all other measures. We will definitely be booking again, but will likely book a hardstanding pitch next time, as the access and levelling was more consistent.

  Campsite fine, showers etc good. Unfortunately restaurant food we had tnite terrible. I ordered market fish of day, which was Plaice. It was like eating a skeleton with head on, disgusting which wasn't the best!!! They have a cheek to serve you with it. I hope the owner reads this!

  Excellent food. Swimming pool if you want it, can be crowded. Within a couple of minutes of some great NT houses. Near Brixham which is a nice visit. Dartmouth that is a must visit and some wonderful coves.

  A nice site but very cramped and tight for caravans. We have a twin axle and it’s tight getting around the site. Not as much room on pitches as other CAMC sites. Not very level either. Ur lucky if u get an evenish pitch. Some pitches look like it would be difficult to get ur caravan on. Motor movers are defo needed here. Nice bar and restaurant though and the swimming pool looks good. A good dog walking area. Staff are very helpful. Prefer more spacious site personally.

  Great location with buses to Kingswear, Paignton and Brixham, but nothing runs later than 18:30 so long walk up a dangerous road or book a taxi to get back. Pitches are OK - but so considerably smaller than other CAMC and other sites. Some are also parallel to the road and not face on. We had to park with our habitation door facing out onto the road. Unfortunately far too many negatives. Price (again)! We’ve got used to poor WiFi at CAMC Sites, but this had zero coverage - it’s the worst of any CAMC site visited to far. Managed to get on WiFi standing next to the office, but that’s about it. Management - only ever saw the wardens chatting in the reception or driving a tractor moving a rubbish bin. There appears to be no monitoring of what is actually happening on the site. Most people driving considerably more that 5mph, which is great when your door opens into the road! Kids are also whizzing around on electric scooters and bikes - usually going the wrong way and at speed. For a site of this size, there are insufficient bins around the site - all our recycling had to go into general waste as the recycling bins were overflowing. Kids are left unsupervised in the shower and toilet blocks which are a complete mess in the morning. Big disappointment. Lot of noise after 22:00. Every billiard light on all night - thought CAMC were supposed to be supporting dark skies and reducing electricity usage by turning lights off.
