A large family-friendly Club campsite near the Cornwall coast boasting excellent facilities, including an heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, crazy golf , playground and ball game area. In the nearby town of Looe you can enjoy fish and chips while watching the boats in the working harbour or looking out to Looe Island and also go crabbing from the quay or rock-pooling on Hannafore beach. There are numerous safe, sandy beaches to choose nearby while the Cornwall Coastal Path runs close to the site. The Eden Project is also within easy driving distance and offers a great day out for all ages.

- CFCarole Fenton1 day ago4.0Lovely place. Very clean, friendly staff and a beautiful, warm outdoor pool. Even better if there were bins in more service points. It's a big site and we were at the far end and there are only bins at the very top, which is uphill.
- JFJulie ForbesJun 6, 20265.0Just got back from a holiday on this site. We had typical Cornwall weather; rain, mist, wind and some sun. It made for an entertaining week. All the wardens were extremely helpful in recommending places to visit and would always be interested to hear what we had thought. The site is so well managed with heated pool, mini golf and tennis courts. Shower blocks were spotless and the shop well stocked. Even though the weather wasn’t brilliant we were sad to leave such a friendly well run site. We will definitely be back.
- NNNicky Balch (Nix)Jun 3, 20265.0As someone who doesn't normally book family sites, the Looe Caravan and Motorhome campsite was a great place to stay at over May bank holiday. The pitches are a very good size, the toilet / shower blocks were big and very clean at all times. The dog field was quite small in comparison but that didn't really matter as you could close the gate and allow your dog to run off lead in the enclosure. The pool was a good option although I did not use it on this occasion. I would definitely book again when in the area.
- UHUdo HipplerMay 18, 20261.0Wir kamen kurz nach 12:00 auf dem CP an und wollten auf der leeren Wartespur bis 13:00 warten, bis der CP wieder öffnet. Leider wurden wir von einer Dame darauf hingewiesen, dass wir im Wartebereich nicht bis zum Ende der Mittagspause warten dürfen und um 13:00 wiederkommen sollen, also wieder wegfahren sollen, was wir auch taten. Aus Ärger über diese Behandlung haben wir in einem Ferienpark in der Nähe einen schönen Platz gefunden, der auch noch ein offenes Schwimmbad und Meerblick hat. Hier wurden wir freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Als Mitglied im CAMC würde ich mir einen anderen Empfang wünschen, besonders in der Preisklasse!

Can non-members book campsites online?
Yes, non-members can book selected Club campsites online. Non-members are required to pay an additional supplement of �15 per night to stay upon arrival at site. Tent pitches can also be booked online, there is no non-member supplement to be paid when booking a tent pitch.
Does the Club own any overseas sites?
We work closely with over 310 campsites which are regularly visited and inspected by Club staff. We don't own or directly manage any overseas sites.
How do I book an overseas site?

Do I need a different driving licence for driving a motorhome or towing a caravan?
If you passed your test before 1st January 1997, you are able to drive any combination of car and caravan, or any motorhome with a weight of up to 7500kg (or 8250kg with a trailer). If your licence starts after 1st January 1997 then you can drive a car and caravan with a combined maximum weight of 3500kg (or 4250kg to include a small trailer weighing no more than 750kg). You can also drive a motorhome with a weight of up to 3500kg (with a small trailer of up to 750kg, or a heavier trailer if the combined maximum weight is no more than 3500kg). For all drivers aged 70 and over, the motorhome weight allowance is reduced to 3500kg maximum weight, unless a medical report is supplied.

How do I access the free Wi-Fi?
When you arrive at the campsite, you will be able to access FREE Wi-Fi (for basic browsing and emails only) after registering on the portal. The portal is only available when you are located in the hotspot area on a Club campsite offering Wi-Fi.
Where on the site will the hotspot be located?
The wireless hotspot will be located close to reception. Sharing a limited bandwidth with others may also vary the speed of service with some sites being a distance from the exchange. Our service is suitable for basic web surfing and emails but not updates or streaming e.g. BBC iPlayer and YouTube.
Do I have to be a member to stay on a UK campsite?
Non-members are welcome to book and stay at many of the Club campsites, however there are some that are member-exclusive. This information is available on each individual campsite webpage. Members may bring friends or family too, as long as they stay for the same duration.
How long can you stay on a Club Campsite?
Yes, however, if you have multiple pitch types booked within the duration of your stay, it may not be possible for you to remain on the same pitch for your entire stay. During busy periods you will potentially need to move to the pitch(es) you originally booked.
Can I stay on Club campsites with a tent?
It�s likely that since the Directory was printed, the campsite has withdrawn from our network and so will not appear online. If you feel that there is still an error, please phone us on 01342 327 490.

Are trailer tents and folding campers welcome?
Boats aren�t designed to be used for accommodation on land and so, unfortunately, we don�t accept them on our campsites. The only exception to this is Wilderness Boats, which are small canal boats that are purposely designed for dual use on the land and in the water. Search for our outfit types page for a comprehensive list of outfit types we welcome.
Are roof top tents welcome?
New members can have online access as little as one hour after joining online. Your email confirmation containing your membership number usually arrives within 48 hours of joining online.
Are boats on trailers welcome?
You can include a joint member to your membership free of charge. Additional family members can be added for �10 each. Joint and family members must live at the same address as the lead member and be over 18 years old.
If I become a member online, how quickly will I be able to book UK Club campsites?
If you are the full member you can amend your membership details under My Profile. You can also amend your membership details, including amending joint or family members, by using Webchat or phoning our membership services line.
