Situated near a lovely beach facing St Ives Bay, the Godrevy Park Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite is popular in summer. Its rear gate gives you access to gorse covered sand dunes, through which a ten-minute walk leads to a scenic cliff path facing St Ives bay. A beach-side car park is a convenient 1 mile drive away from the caravan park. Located in Hale, Godrevy Park Club Campsite offers easy access to the many quaint Cornish fishing villages peppered across the coastline, such as Coverack, Cadgwith, Mullion, Porthleven and Newlyn. The area enjoys the best of both worlds - quiet exploration in beautiful natural settings and plenty of attractions for a fun family day out, not to mention a chance to sample the excellent local cuisine.

- STStewart ToppAug 21, 20265.0Godrevy Caravan and Motorhome Club Site is superbly situated, just a 10-minute walk from three miles of beautiful sandy beach. The site itself is extremely clean, tidy and very well maintained, with the wardens doing a fantastic job. The facilities are only around 18 months old and are excellent — modern, spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Godrevy to anyone looking for a slightly more upmarket campsite in Cornwall, with excellent facilities and a fantastic location. We’ll certainly be returning.

Arrived just after 1pm parked and went to reception waited around whilst another camper was served with items from “shop” On booking i enquired if there was availability beyond our booking date as we would have liked to stay an extra few days to be told check the system it’s a live system! Never had this before normally staff engage and discuss if they have availability. I am aware the system is live,But it glitches and is rubbish at times. We were given the usual map but this was highlighted with pitches available and told…. It should be up to date! On driving around out of 10 highlighted pitches only 2 pitches were available. Booked with an awning and both pitches available were very small and not suitable for an awning. Luckily the weather was good so we chose not to use the awning as we were only staying a few days. We were lucky if there was 3 meters between us and the next pitch, our neighbour was nice so no problems there but very limited space with our size of unit. You give your sizes when booking so not sure why you are not given suitable pitches on arrival!! Very small vehicles on huge pitches and large vehicles on tiny pitches makes no sense to me. There needs to be better control of pitches at this site. Showers and other facilities are great, clean and well kept. Bus stops outside site. Walk to beach is across a very busy road. Walk to Gwithian over fields but was over grown at time of our visit so be careful if wearing sandals and or shorts/dresses skirts. To walk the road would not be advisable. Site was quite sound wise, although very busy at time of our visit. Whilst staff were pleasant they did not got out of their way. Food vans on site changed daily great idea.

Can non-members book campsites online?
Yes, non-members can book selected Club campsites online. Non-members are required to pay an additional supplement of �15 per night to stay upon arrival at site. Tent pitches can also be booked online, there is no non-member supplement to be paid when booking a tent pitch.
Does the Club own any overseas sites?
We work closely with over 310 campsites which are regularly visited and inspected by Club staff. We don't own or directly manage any overseas sites.

Do I need a different driving licence for driving a motorhome or towing a caravan?
If you passed your test before 1st January 1997, you are able to drive any combination of car and caravan, or any motorhome with a weight of up to 7500kg (or 8250kg with a trailer). If your licence starts after 1st January 1997 then you can drive a car and caravan with a combined maximum weight of 3500kg (or 4250kg to include a small trailer weighing no more than 750kg). You can also drive a motorhome with a weight of up to 3500kg (with a small trailer of up to 750kg, or a heavier trailer if the combined maximum weight is no more than 3500kg). For all drivers aged 70 and over, the motorhome weight allowance is reduced to 3500kg maximum weight, unless a medical report is supplied.

How do I access the free Wi-Fi?
When you arrive at the campsite, you will be able to access FREE Wi-Fi (for basic browsing and emails only) after registering on the portal. The portal is only available when you are located in the hotspot area on a Club campsite offering Wi-Fi.
Where on the site will the hotspot be located?
The wireless hotspot will be located close to reception. Sharing a limited bandwidth with others may also vary the speed of service with some sites being a distance from the exchange. Our service is suitable for basic web surfing and emails but not updates or streaming e.g. BBC iPlayer and YouTube.
Do I have to be a member to stay on a UK campsite?
Non-members are welcome to book and stay at many of the Club campsites, however there are some that are member-exclusive. This information is available on each individual campsite webpage. Members may bring friends or family too, as long as they stay for the same duration.
How long can you stay on a Club Campsite?
Yes, however, if you have multiple pitch types booked within the duration of your stay, it may not be possible for you to remain on the same pitch for your entire stay. During busy periods you will potentially need to move to the pitch(es) you originally booked.
Can I stay on Club campsites with a tent?
It�s likely that since the Directory was printed, the campsite has withdrawn from our network and so will not appear online. If you feel that there is still an error, please phone us on 01342 327 490.
Can I book different pitch types throughout a stay?

Trailer tents and folding campers are considered the equivalent to a caravan, rather than a tent so they are therefore accepted on Club campsites that wouldn�t normally permit conventional tents. Search for our outfit types page for a comprehensive list of outfit types we welcome.
Are self-build conversions welcome?

Are trailer tents and folding campers welcome?
Boats aren�t designed to be used for accommodation on land and so, unfortunately, we don�t accept them on our campsites. The only exception to this is Wilderness Boats, which are small canal boats that are purposely designed for dual use on the land and in the water. Search for our outfit types page for a comprehensive list of outfit types we welcome.
Are roof top tents welcome?
New members can have online access as little as one hour after joining online. Your email confirmation containing your membership number usually arrives within 48 hours of joining online.
Are boats on trailers welcome?
You can include a joint member to your membership free of charge. Additional family members can be added for �10 each. Joint and family members must live at the same address as the lead member and be over 18 years old.
If I become a member online, how quickly will I be able to book UK Club campsites?
If you are the full member you can amend your membership details under My Profile. You can also amend your membership details, including amending joint or family members, by using Webchat or phoning our membership services line.
