  A huge thank you to the team at Trek Bicycle Bristol! We were finishing a cycling trip through the UK and urgently needed one last cardboard bike box to prepare our bikes for our flight home from Bristol. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and kindly provided us with a bike box free of charge. After many days on the road, having someone help us so easily and generously made a real difference. Fantastic service and a genuinely cyclist-friendly shop. We really appreciated your kindness and help. Highly recommended to anyone cycling in or around Bristol. Thank you again! 🚲⭐

  Excellent service. I was cycling the EuroVelo 1 from Spain and they resolved our last-minute problem. If you're a cycle tourist, this is an essential stop in Bristol.

  Really helpful staff here - I popped in because I had some issues with a trek bike delivered from another store (bought under a bike to work scheme) - they fixed the problem, checked the bike over, tweaked a couple of things and charged me nothing. (I did go on to buy some panniers - but they didn't know that was on the cards before they did the work).

  Amazing! I just brought my bike in as the seat post was loose. I was approached by a friendly guy who immediately helped me, and even put a new seat post collar. AND they then refused to charge! I have always had good experiences here. The prices for services are reasonable and the quality is exceptional. If you own a bike within 10 miles of this place, you'd be mad to go elsewhere!
