  Came yesterday for first time since renovations have been completed. Venue looks good, ladies bathrooms in main hall could do with full refit because there's still old locks and sinks could do with a bit of TLC. Other than that happy with experience. Staff are always around and busy. One particular member of staff, a young chap (I don't know his name but very young and wears glasses) is always working hard clearing away glasses/dishes as well as serving the bar, I think he deserves a special mention. Other staff I dealt with also very friendly and appear to work very hard. I already know about the parking situation but it might be worth making the touch pad for this more obvious or asking staff to remind people when they buy tickets to see if they've signed in.

  Me and my friends got served by a lovely lady called Emma. I hadn’t been to bingo in years and it was my friend's first time so when I asked if we could get an explanation for how it all works, Emma was so kind and explained everything really clearly to us. Super friendly and even though it was really busy, she didn't make us feel rushed. It looks like they’ve recently had a renovation too so it was lovely and clean but still had that semi-retro vibe which I LOVE. The service at the bar was great too, I didn’t get the ladies name that served us but she was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great prices too for food and drinks!
