  Staff are super helpful, Mariana for me being the biggest asset, have used the shop twice before once to buy a bike for my youngest and once to service my other son bike, both trips found them all really knowledgeable and caring.

  Couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from the team at Trek Bracknell, especially Mariana. The communication was great and I was able to test ride a couple of different bikes with them. The knowledge of the range was exceptional and they helped recommend a Checkpoint gravel bike over Procaliber for the type of riding I was going to do. If you’re using your companies C2W scheme then they are also very accommodating and don’t charge a fee, like a lot of other shops do. One ride in and I’m loving the Checkpoint. Thanks again.

  We have purchased two Trek bikes from Mariana at the Bracknell store for our two teenage sons, and later returned to buy a third after one of the original bikes was unfortunately stolen after only 8 days of owning the bike. On every occasion, Mariana went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right bike. She even took the time to reply to our emails on her days off, which shows just how dedicated she is to providing exceptional customer service. Mariana is an absolute credit to the Bracknell store. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm, friendly nature are truly second to none. She made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful for all her help. We would not hesitate to return to Mariana for any future purchases and would wholeheartedly recommend Trek to anyone looking to invest in a quality bike, Mariana’s outstanding customer service alone is worth the visit.   I’ve always loved Trek bikes, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back to the brand is the excellent after-sales service. I’ve recently purchased two bikes from Trek Bracknell, and the whole experience has been first class from start to finish. Mariana, Ed, and the store manager (John I think)were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure I got exactly the right bikes for my needs. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent throughout, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service these days, and it’s a credit to the entire team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Trek Bracknell to anyone looking for a new bike or expert advice. Thanks again to everyone involved!
