  We never had a problem with this place before but the way that the manager spoke to the staff and to the customer (us as well) is out of order. She is lucky we didn’t walk away and give her the attitude back because I’m sure we would have got banned for the way she was talking to people. Never again will we come to the place unless the manager is changed. God help the staff that has to deal with her every day

  I always enjoy visiting Buzz Bingo and The Slots Room Barnsley. The slots room has a great atmosphere, plenty of machines to choose from, and it’s always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. What really makes the experience stand out is the excellent customer service. A special mention goes to the lovely lady who works on Sundays. She is always friendly, professional, and goes out of her way to make customers feel welcome. Her positive attitude, warm smile, and willingness to help make every visit enjoyable. Staff like her are a real credit to the venue and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a friendly and enjoyable place to relax and have some fun.

  Buzz bingo in Barnsley is a great place to visit. Staff always friendly and wanting to go the extra mile. Staff in the slots room are always offering drinks with a smile especially the lady who works on a Tuesday. Great day/night out 5 ⭐️s

  really rude staff Tanita, refused to get my 81 year old mother a drink, on the slots, which is the rules and then asked other members for my name after I left to REPORT me, and LIED about me swearing when she was an absolute unprofessonal, uneducated and to top it off a LIAR, complained to head office after finding out from other members she'd been gossiping to about us. who still haven't dealt with this horrible, rude employee Tanita. they said they take this seriously, I seriously haven't seen them do anything for this absolute disrespectful treatment.

  I was recently present in the club and was very concerned by the way a member of staff was spoken to by a manager. The manager was loudly swearing and speaking aggressively to the employee over the telephone in a manner that I found completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No employee should be treated with disrespect or intimidation in the workplace. While I cannot comment on the wider business, the behaviour I witnessed reflected very poorly on the management standards at this venue. I hope the company investigates concerns about how staff are treated and ensures all employees are spoken to with dignity and respect. The one star rating is because of this particular person this could be a really great place if managers learnt how to talk to their staff and treat them with respect.
