  Really bad customer service, guy was hella rude, came out all angry for no reason and when we were told we wouldnt get time to play we asked if we could use the toilet, he walked off and said only if we were members

  This was our first time playing bingo and it was so much fun! Massive hall, lots of toilets and a good offer - £10 for a main, a drink and the evening Bingo, which was a fair few games! We were given the option for digital (iPad automated) or traditional paper, we opted for the traditional which was difficult at start but then got into rhythm once understanding what was going on. The dotter was an additional charge of £1.50. The cheese pizza wasn't good and made us go to the toilet for a while, I wouldn't recommend that meal. However for the price - its a good, fun experience for a couple of hours. Service were friendly and tidied up as they went.

  I came to Bingo Buzz today and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived at Bingo Buzz, there was no one at the entrance only self service screens. I followed the instructions, registered on the screen, and it told me to collect my membership card from reception. When I went to reception, instead of helping me, the receptionist started shouting at me, asking, “How could you do that?” then told me I had to wait until 17:30 because Joy would help me. (I was there 2 hours earlier) I was simply following the instructions on your own registration system, so I don’t understand why I was treated so disrespectfully. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. This was one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It’s disappointing that such a large venue employs staff who treat customers this way. If customers need to wait until a certain time, your registration screens should make that clear instead of directing them to reception and leaving them to be spoken to so rudely. I hope management addresses this issue and improves staff training, because no customer should be treated like this.

  The bingo hall only had about 18 people in it and we paid out more for bòoks than we would win to get back so never again at brighton.
