They do what’s called a “slots party” Promotion says free drinks and cash matches. I didn’t get offered either! A guy like a little sergeant major walking round casino area. Going up to customers (only certain customers) writing there names on raffle tickets - HE then puts said tickets into drum. Appeared to be peeping as he pulled winning tickets out. A but suspect if you ask me. Won’t be returning

My grandmother has been a loyal supporter of this place for decades and has spent years bringing family here for enjoyable evenings out. I have also visited before without issue. Yet today we were turned away by the lady at the desk, “Joy,” who refused me entry without ID, despite the fact I am clearly WELL over 18. It felt petty, unnecessary, and deliberately nasty. What makes this worse is the upset caused to my grandmother, who had been looking forward to this all week and had driven down especially. After decades of loyalty, this is how she is treated? Absolutely appalling customer service. Truly disappointing.
