UBX delivers a unique mix of boxing and strength training across a 12 round circuit. Six of the rounds include boxing exercises, whether that’s bagwork or one-on-one padwork with a coach. The other six rounds include a combination of functional strength, cardio and conditioning movements. Each day is different and members can start their workout at any time they like.

- MAMarwan AhmedOct 13, 20255.0I leave very few online reviews, but this gym definitely deserves one 🔥🔥🔥 You shouldn't think twice, just sign up, show up a few times during your first two weeks and notice the massive improvement. You might think it's not for you, but I assure you it is what has been missing in your lifestyle if you're trying to be healthier or achieve a fitness life goal. You have to experience this unique system and it will takes you to the next level regardless of what your current level is. Although, sadly, I am not as consistent as I would like to be due to my frequent travels, UBX has transformed my stamina levels and had a lasting impact on me. The side activities, and sessions they do add another engaging and helpful layer into the package. 5 stars and would like to add a 6th one just for the coaches, currently Lucie, and Dylan 🙏

The perfect halfway house between standard gym and personal training; the staff are always so friendly and motivating, and all are knowledgeable not just on boxing but on general form in other exercises. I always get the most out of my sessions, exercising my entire body, when to be honest I tend to stick to what I’m good at/comfortable with when exercising alone! Love the sense of community here too.
