They delivered to our rental property and picked up at the end of the day. The owner, Robert, personally took the time to show me everything I needed to know. I had a lot of fun riding and had lots of questions for the owner when he arrived to pick it up. Robert was patient and answered all my questions, plus gave me some tips about these bikes compared to other brands. We even stopped at the store before our trip ended because I had more questions and am seriously considering buying one for myself! Robert, again, answered all my questions knowledgeably and patiently. I hope to be able to purchase soon, and hopefully I can get back to SSI to purchase from Robert's store. You should definitely check them out.

We have never been on motorized bikes before so the guy that helped us made sure we were comfortable with the bikes before we left the lot. We had a great time exploring St. Simon's Island. Will highly recommend these bikes. Great customer service.
