- VTVikki ThomasJun 24, 20255.0We just got back from our annual trip to St. Simons Island, and this time I decided not to risk hauling our heavy electric bikes down on the rack (seriously, those things make me nervous on the interstate). Instead, I found Pedego Electric Bikes St. Simons and booked two fat tire bikes for the day—super easy online. The day before our ride, we stopped by the shop to check out what we’d reserved. Wendy greeted us with a smile, walked us through the bikes, and made sure I felt totally comfortable. She even shared some fun insider info about the island’s famous Tree Spirits, including where to find a bunch of them near the shop. On the big day, Caymen dropped off our bikes right on time, went over all the details, and had us ready to roll. Communication was excellent—when we wanted to return the bikes a little early, they replied instantly by text. I love my own electric bike, but if I ever need a new one, I’d go for a Pedego Element after this. The ride was comfy, fast, and easy. Thanks for making our island adventure so much fun!

We are just beginning our search into this neat way to ride a bike and the owners of the Pedego bike shop in St. Simon's Island were incredibly nice and SO helpful!!! They answered all our questions and gave us information that will really help us with our decision. We would totally recommend this great business!
