We have been coming here since 2021. It’s always been a beautiful welcoming park. We pulled in today. We chose to pay extra to be cement pull thru at the lake. It is the worst site possible. It’s on a hill. They sent us in backwards, had to drive out and turn around and come back in the site. We can not level. We can not open our slide because of the way it sets. We called them. They were to send someone out. No one came! They said they were full up and had no other sites. My husband just called them back after we hooked everything up. He is not happy and told them so. Now they say they have another site they could move us to. The picnic table is filthy and full of bugs. There is something spilled on the ground by the table. Then their flyer states from police to be sure and keep everything locked up. If you have valuables or weapons to keep them with you etc. evidently not a safe place anymore.
This will be our last stay here. We will never recommend it again. Good luck

We’ve been coming to this spot for years as a halfway point to Disney World. In the last 2 years or so it’s become apparent that the place is being absolutely neglected.
Sun faded, ripped chase lounges and umbrellas around the pool. Fire ant mounds 3 feet across at every other site. Dirty pool area. Rude front desk staff. All of this was during the on season.
We won’t be going back until there’s new ownership. This unfortunate decline started after the current owner took over.

Creekfire Savannah, GA - during our road trip from Florida to New England we stayed at several different stops. This was our first and the web site looked amazing. Disappointment is what followed, the pool was closed and drained because a camper brought glass into the area and broke it. Completely understand taking the best precaution. The rest was difficult at best.
We paid extra for a concrete pull-through site. The site was very small and not even close to level. The less expensive gravel sites were level and bigger. We dropped the trailer and decided to go out for dinner. I called the office asking for the gate code and was told the gate has been down for some time and will be replaced soon. Our check-in materials included a note from the Savannah PD stating to keep firearms in possession and not lock them in vehicles. Reviews said to keep keep all bikes and other items locked due to local theft problems from homeless people nearby. This was the first time we locked the camper door before going to bed.
The lazy river was in operation and was good to cool off. The Hot Tubs were closed (pool) and non-functional (lazy river), the button was far away from the tub and required walking through shrubs to find a broken start button with several parts on the ground nearby.
This could be an outstanding park if someone took the time to maintain the facilities in place. We will not be returning.

Staff is very friendly and facilities are clean. Our issue is that we booked here for spring break solely because it’s advertised as having a heated pool. Our kids love to swim and it’s typically too chilly to do so the first week of April. Unfortunately the pool is not heated (it’s freezing!) and it was closed entirely for part of our trip. We would’ve booked somewhere else if we had known this. One of the hot tubs is also non-functional a large part of the time. Lastly, there is zero WiFi here and almost no cell signal for any of the three major carriers. The business is aware the WiFi does not work (and apparently doesn’t work anytime the campground is more than 50% full). Doesn’t seem like they have any plans to upgrade the WiFi anytime soon.

To say this resort is amazing, seems insufficient. This is our third year, and each year surpasses the last. The sites are spacious, impeccably clean and well set out. The hedges between sites give a feeling of privacy and add to the beauty that surrounds you.
The restaurant here serves fantastic food, the service and staff are second to none.
The lazy river and hot tub are pristine and well cared for.
This year. While here, I had a fall which resulted in a back injury (absolutely nothing to do with the park or facilities) and the incredible staff at the reception, a special space in my heart for Fatima, have gone ABOVE and beyond to accommodate us due to being unable to travel when we were due to leave. I cannot thank them enough for the care, warmth and compassion shown to both me and my husband, Arthur.
As I say each year, this is by far one of the most welcoming parks we have been in, and this year it has exceeded that in so many ways, if that is even possible.
We will be back next year to see our wonderful friends
