AVOID this place by any means necessary! I paid every month on time and couldn’t go because of my job schedule and the fact that this place had a limited class schedule all the time because they didn’t have enough trained instructors. I called and had a conversation with someone at the desk. He told me he has to speak to manager. I spoke to the manager let him know my issue and the fact that I was actually moving as well. He wouldn’t waive my last membership fee of $130 even though I couldn’t use it. Now he has collection agents calling, emailing and texting for $130 which has now increased to almost $1000 🤬 This place is obviously hard up for money and the customer service is terrible. Mgmt is probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with to do this to a customer. He could’ve been a stand up guy and helped out a customer but this is the route he chose. Don’t believe the good reviews! They hit you up to give 5 star reviews. But you can believe this review and the other one with similar issues. If this place operated better and offered more classes in the mid morning and had better customer service I’d recommend it and maybe would join another one in a different part of town. I assume they are a franchise so it’s just this one that I had an issue with I can’t speak for others. If you’re in Sandy Springs and looking for a workout go elsewhere. This place offers nothing but headaches and bad customer service.

This place is small to workout in. Also found the people at the front desk rude sometimes. Not very friendly place. It’s also very cold and the music during the classes is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I enjoyed the class and the instructor. The manager of this location (heavy set guy) was rude to me, which caused me not to return. I will try another location.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID! Short version: Overpriced, very limited number of classes, classes frequently cancelled last minute, cramped space, undertrained coaches, and harassment/threats/fees when you try to quit. Was also repeatedly pushed to create positive reviews and social media content (which may explain some of the 5-star reviews here). Long version: I’ve done a lot of fitness boxing and really wanted to like this studio. I was one of the very first members at this location, joining even before the official grand opening. At the time, I was told by David, the manager, that even more classes would be added, specifically, that the M/W/F noon classes (the only weekday classes I could attend) would be expanded to every weekday, so I signed up for 8 class credits for $149 a month after a cheaper initial 3-month promotional price. However, after joining, the Monday noon class was changed to workout only, no boxing, which was not why I paid a premium to attend a boxing gym. And within my final 5 weeks, the remaining Wednesday/Friday noon classes were cancelled at least 3 times, once while I was driving to the class and did not find out until I arrived at a locked studio. In addition, there were only two classes TOTAL for existing members each weekend. With so few classes, it was impossible to use up all of my 8 monthly credits. Even when there were classes, one was handed over to a “trainee trainer” with no supervision, who did her best but was overwhelmed and unable to run the class while also trying to operate the music, lights, and screens. Not to mention that if you get a space on the back row, there is no room between you and the back wall, so you have to squeeze yourself to the side and hope to not get hit. In addition, I was asked twice to film a positive “testimonial” for the studio, and every time someone completed 10, 25, 50, etc. classes, they were pushed to take a photo after getting all gross and sweaty from class. I had to step in once when one guy repeatedly told them he didn’t want to do it but they wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. At this point, I contacted the studio to terminate my membership more than three weeks before my next monthly payment due date. When they charged me anyway, my credit card disputed it on the grounds that Rumble Boxing was not providing the services I agreed to when I signed my contract. This was when the harassment began. I received several texts and emails threatening to send my account to collections and immediately adding $50 worth of fees. Despite the repeated cancellations and never receiving the noon and weekend classes I was promised when I joined, due to the repeated threats, to end the matter I made a written agreement with the studio that I would have my credit card provider allow the original payment to go through and would pay $25 worth of fees via credit card. Both of these I did the next day. Two days later, despite me making payment as promised, Rumble Boxing - Sandy Springs charged me an additional $174. This was not how we had agreed to handle the matter, but I paid the $174 to end it and fortunately, it appears my credit card company has made sure only this payment went through. I also contacted the Rumble Boxing corporate office to express my frustration and as of nearly two months later have gotten no reply, so good luck trying to deal with this company at any of their locations. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Rumble Boxing. You can see screenshots of several weeks of empty Friday/weekends with few or totally cancelled classes, as well as their collection threats in the photos section.
