Disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it. I was genuinely excited for a simple, fun date night, and instead we got one of the most underwhelming experiences I’ve had in a while. Honestly, we should’ve turned around and left the second we walked in. The first thing that hit us was a strong, awful smell of burnt oil the moment we stepped through the doors. It was so bad I actually wondered if something was wrong or on fire. Not exactly the kind of atmosphere you want to start your night in. Reserving a lane was fine, but the pricing already seemed confusing from the start. We decided to just go with it and not overthink it. Mistake number one. The lanes themselves were okay, but that’s about the only neutral thing I can say. We literally came for two things: bowling and pretzels. Somehow, they managed to mess up one of the easiest parts of the entire experience. Our drinks took forever to come out, and the pretzels took even longer. When they finally arrived, the presentation was pathetic, and the taste was somehow worse. The pretzels were so bad it was almost laughable, and the cheese was completely flavorless and honestly kind of gross. We each took maybe a bite and gave up. For comparison, we usually go to the Norcross location, and while it’s not perfect, their food is actually enjoyable for what it is. This location? Total joke. I tried to order drinks at the bar, but the bartender disappeared for a long time. I decided to come back later which is. O big deal. When I finally went back, they refused to accept my ID, even though I’ve used it without issue before. It wasn’t the end of the world, but at that point it just felt like everything was unnecessarily difficult and inconsistent. After two games, we were over it and ready to leave. The employee who helped us was kind and honest, which I appreciated, but the pricing made absolutely no sense. We were told prices were higher because of spring break, which is already questionable, but then found out that two people playing two games somehow equals being charged for four games, plus shoe rentals. That’s not just confusing, it feels misleading. We paid and left, but the whole experience just left a bad taste (literally and figuratively). It’s frustrating when something that should be simple and fun ends up being this disappointing. Safe to say we won’t be coming back.

Not terribly impressed with this bowling center and it is the only one around. It is noisy; we're with a 5 and 7 year old who need bumpers and only half the bumper on one lane works (this was their fix); we ordered their pizza and pitcher deal and they refused to provide an additional pitcher (we were even willing to pay an additional cost) of club soda (water with bubbles); the ball selection and varying ball hole selection is nonexistent; and they have no gluten free food options.

Sean, the manager, was great. You can tell he really cares about the people coming in. It was a busy night, but he still made time to check on us and make sure we were good the whole time. What really stood out was his attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. He took the time to personally connect with us, made sure we were happy, and even invited us back so we could have an even better experience next time. That kind of customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated. On top of that, the entire staff was kind, patient, and welcoming. Overall, great customer service. We’ll definitely be back.
