    We rented e-bikes here and rode through the PTC Trails. So fun! The employee was very knowledgeable, accomadating and helpful! Would recommend this place for your bike needs.

    I was shopping for an electric tricycle. The only one they had in stock was a slightly used one with 20 miles on it. The price on it was $3000, without a warranty!! The gentleman there said he would call to see if he could get a better price, but that doesn't replace a 5 year warranty. He was very nice to allow me to test ride the tricycle, but I felt uncomfortable about the whole situation.

    The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. The bikes are great quality. We’ve bought 2 and they are powerful and smooth. We’ve also purchased several accessories and they are easy to install or the staff will help you. Definitely recommend!

    We had such a great experience renting an E-bike from Pedego. Alex was so accommodating and helpful. We had out of town guests and needed a bike on Tuesday. Since the store is closed on Monday and Tuesday he worked with us so we could go forward with our plans. He made sure we had a bike that worked for a newbie rider. She was comfortable with the bike and we had a great day. Customer service was A-plus! Thank you Alex for such great service!
