I don’t even know where to begin. We came to celebrate my son‘s birthday and I had never done a birthday party with Lucky Strike before and when I tell you, I was blown away by the entire experience. The packages were very affordable, the set up was perfect, and I can’t say more great things about the service. The service was outstanding. We never really had to ask for anything because it was already thought of and provided. It was beyond any expectation I could’ve had. Thank you to the management and staff for really making this a memorable experience. We will definitely be back and this may very well become our go to Lucky Strike location. The entire facility was clean, all of the games worked, all of the bowling lanes worked. And if you bowl at any other establishments you know what I mean. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you again for your superior service.

Its decent but nothing spectacular, went with some friends a few days ago. The food is nice and same with the atmosphere. We ran into some trouble with lanes breaking down but the staff were really helpful and moved us and our scores to a different lane. Would definitely go again.

I really enjoyed this place!
We had a Retiree Luncheon on Tuesday and it was amazing!
Lunch was served and the food 10 out of 10! Our waitress was named Shea she did a fabulous job. Thank you Shea...we will be back.
Amber was the manager and Ethan was the general manager and they both assisted us as needed. The best team ever!
The service was amazing from beginning to end.
Starting with Breanna who set it all up and was so patient with me.
Thank you all!

Their lanes are in terrible condition. They don't respect league bowlers. It is the epitome of investors and equity players being in touch with the numbers, but out of touch with the customer.
They keep the traditional lights off ALL DAY and put on black lights instead. Which is so stupid, because the ambiance is like a night club even at 5pm on a Monday.
The lanes aren't maintained properly. The approaches you are often sticky and dirty when you walk up to throw the ball.
The ball machines frequently trap balls down there and cause damage to them. The lane pinsetters frequently set pins incorrectly.
Last night there was a 20 minute delay in the middle of a league bowling night because a ball got stuck in the machine and they couldn't fix the machine properly to retrieve it for 20 minutes.
They cut corners with everything. For example, a hot chicken sandwich that we all know is usually covered in sauce ( put in a bowl with hot sauce and tossed around) was changed. The change required all the cooks to follow a strict order by management to "DRIZZLE" sauce on a dry fried chicken cutlets in order to save money on sauce. They were so serious about it that they reprimanded a cook for tossing it in the bowl at my request.
All they care about is corporate events and parties. The average customers and league bowlers get NO RESPECT AT ALL. Even though they represent the most consistent and reliable revenue.
I have officially decided to quit my league and cease bowling at any Bowlero/Lucky Strike location (for league or recreation) until I see a serious change.
If you want a great operation that actually cares for recreational and league bowlers alike.....go to any of the Fun Time Bowl locations.
Heck.....go to ANY other bowling centers NOT owned by Bowlero/Lucky Strike if you want to be treated fairly as a non-corporate or event customer.
They keep rebranding and changing the name because of the poor image that they create. Don't be fooled by the new LUCKY STRIKE monacher. Bowlero and Lucky Strike are the same people with the same crap model.
Literally and singularly KILLING the sport of bowling by trying to be a catering event space.
I beg of anyone who loves bowling at their core and wants to see the longevity of it for recreational, league, and non party throwers to take your money elsewhere and SPEAK LOUDLY WITH YOUR WALLET!
