- SCSabrina ChambersOct 23, 20251.0Last night during league I had an extremely unprofessional experience with a manager named Dion Gamble. While I was bowling my partner was at the bar paying for some food with our Bowlero gift card. Mr. Gamble accosted my partner in the middle of her transaction and forced her to pay her tab with a debit card instead. After league I approached Mr. Gamble about his behavior and brought up the terms and conditions of the gift card use which doesn’t exclude food or drinks. Instead to being apologetic, Mr Gamble went on to further escalate the interaction even with other members of his management team advising him otherwise. When I asked for corporate contact information he told the other manager to “no give me shit” and to “get out”. The other manager present still took care of me and gave me the information I asked for but Mr. Gamble was aggressive and extremely unprofessional while I spoke with the other manager. I don’t think this type of behavior is acceptable and will like to hear from someone ASAP on how Lucky Strikes plans to handle this employee and his behavior.
