While eating I reached down to get my shoes and noticed a big live cockroach right under our table. Appetite immediately ruined. We all got up and moved our shoes and bags from the floor. I took a pic of the roach and went to the counter where I told a staff member and the manager, Anthony. I showed them the picture and the manager said NOTHING and did NOTHING! It took at least 20 min or so for a staff member, who was scared of the roach as well, to come over with a broom and scurry the roach into a dustpan. We made no scene to trigger other guests despite how disgusting it was. We finished the game and paid over $150 in total for our party and again NO apology, no offer of compensation for our food we couldn’t finish.. highly disappointed in the lack of care from management. Will not refer Bowlero or go to this location ever again.

They were incredibly rude and mean about it. I understand it is a policy of the business, it just ruined all our experience when people treat you like you are some stupid kids trying to cheat drinks off of them.
