    Kelly is very amazing and informal and patient.. I really appreciate her so much the world would definitely be a better place with people like her.. she needs a raise or a higher position

    Just drove 45min to get my snowboards serviced was told they will not do that, there focusing on bikes in December, even if there web site says they service snowboards

    This is the only store in America that's closed on Black Friday; if I didn't have a lifetime membership, I would cancel it. I guess I will have to just give my money to TruPrep instead
