The lanes kept breaking down they was under staffed SMH it was ridiculous we asked about time are we going to be giving more time they said they had more reservations the damn Lions was broke down for an hour and 10 minutes come on but we still came out our pocket $290 SMH never again

Seems there is one person trying to do 3 jobs at once. Seems clean enough, but some areas smell like a dirty bathroom when there isn't one near.

It was extremely packed because a large group of over hundred people were celebrating a Christmas party. Jaden was so extremely helpful when all the lanes were booked with reservations. We waited maybe an hour and a half for a open lane but it was fine because we knew there was a wait. I appreciate and it was great to see how patient and nice Jaden was with every person he encountered. Some people weren't the nicest but he remained calm and still so patient with each and every person. Jaden, you are a breath of fresh air in this crazy world and You are so Appreciated!!!
