Substandard Experience This review is to warn potential members about the significant disparity between this establishment's marketing claims and the actual service provided. After paying a $4,000 initiation fee and committing to nearly $600 per month, the "premium" experience promised is nowhere to be found. Fleet Quality: They advertise a "top-of-the-line" fleet of new wakeboard, luxury tritoon, and ski boats. In reality, the boats are poorly maintained, out of service, and far from the premium condition one would expect at this price point. Availability Issues: The club claims a 97%+ reservation fulfillment rate, but this has proven to be a complete misrepresentation. Securing a boat is a constant struggle, making the "unlimited access" claim feel like a bait-and-switch for a "membership" that rarely lets you on the water. Service Standards: For $600 a month, you expect the "hassle-free, concierge-style service" they tout. Instead, members are met with logistical headaches and a total lack of professional tone and demeanor. The owner, Brian Andrew, never returns calls and will respond to emails once a day. At these rates, you are paying for a luxury country club experience but receiving a budget rental service. Save your money and look for a club that actually delivers on its promises.
