I'm new to longer hikes and didn't know the difference between two different boots, but the guy helped explain it to me and helped me choose a pair with giving me all that info. He was really nice about it too! Then I had another guy help me find the gloves! The lady that helped me check out was great too! I walked out of there with new boots, gloves, and hiking socks and I don't think I've ever had such good customer service in so long. Thanks for being such big help to my hiking journey.

He could not have been any more friendly, kind and helpful! We were there for at least two hours and he was so patient with us! She was able to get the perfect pack for our adventure thanks to Joel!
