Don’t plan on going for bowling, it’s strings, the lanes are curved, and there is 0 oil on the lanes. It was a fun experience but the lanes suck

Visiting Atlanta for Christmas. Stumble in here with the family to go bowling. It's 7:30pm, the wait list is 90 minutes. They did give a free $5 arcade pass to loosen our pockets while we waited. There are lanes on both sides of the building so we figured it would be quick. And there's a restaurant/bar so we stayed entertained enough to wait. A few dollars and 60 minutes later, they're announcing that kids have to leave at 9. They should have told us about this policy when they told us about the wait time. How is there a website for the bowling queue but no warning that the kids had to leave even when they're with a parent. They rather take the arcade and food money that you spend while waiting. This place was a disappointment.

The Venue was fine! Unfortunately, the food service SUCKED! I sent my avalanche nachos back twice. Both times the meat and queso was cold. I told the manager to keep that, no more remaking. Finally, we ordered Monster Cookie Melt, we never received that, nor did I receive a cup of water that I asked for when I ordered the first nachos. Yes, the place was busy however, this is nothing new. Maybe, I will return at a later date.

Great atmosphere but the security guard at the front gives a more detailed search than TSA, and is very condescending with instructions. Drinks are $16 each and I sat at the bar with no service for 10 minutes before leaving. Thanks but no thanks.

I booked a birthday party for my son (13) at this specific establishment. I reserved the time. He invited is friends and family. I ordered gameplay passes to the arcade for his friends via groupon. We arrive to the establishment to engage in the birthday festivities only to be notified that there is curfew for persons under 21 after a certain hour (9pm). This curfew is imposed not by the establishment themselves, but by the area (Atlantic Station). That would be understandable if A) we had not just taken his twin sister to the movies directly adjacent to said establishment 2 nights prior. B) It was informed to us upon reserving the space and time or C) The curfew was posted on their website. We were not allowed entry nor offered a refund for the reservation. The explanation for the reservation not being posted on their website was "Because it's not our rule, were not inclined to notify customers, but are required to enforce said policy". I asked how was it possible to attend the movies 2 days prior-of which we were aggressively searched, children included but a review for a separate establishment nonetheless-without being turned away. They were unable to articulate the differentiation. We were advised to visit an alternate location without said curfew. Begrudgingly, we opted for heading to that locale across town. We arrive and are unable to be accommodated for the reservation due to time constraints which is understandable due to be it being later in the evening and it being Sunday, however we were ASSURED by the previous location that it would be honored. Wanting the kiddos to just attempt to make the best of the rest of the weekend, I recommend we just do the arcade until close since I've at least pre-purchased the game cards and they'll have a good time regardless. I'm then informed that the groupon isn't valid for 24 hours from time of purchase; information that once again could have been provided by the previous location during our extensive conversation regarding the particulars of this event. At wits end I spend the cash to get everyone new cards without any discount for the inconvenience. The kids play and the serenity of childhood ignorance and oblivion takes over. They have a great time (their words, not mine). Upon leaving, were invited to come back for a free bowling and arcade session for a few hours and take pictures with Santa in 2 weeks time. I take the flyer and we go home.2 weeks later return to the original establishment with just my son and I, Hoping that we can have some sense of a redo with just us. We've got all the information. We've gone thru the storm. We're prepared. It's an early, windy Sunday morning but we're here. We're then notified that this particular establishment's free day was the day prior after revealing the flyer I received. Fine. I still have the Groupon cards to use. They proceed to tell me we're only allowed to use one. I ask if I sent it as a gift to another party, which is allowed, would they be able to come and use it. No. It's all connected to the same account so the system won't allow it. Spend the cash again in addition to using 1 of my allotted game cards. I'll admit my expectations may have been rooted in a bit of naivety but Jesus Christ on a cracker after this experience I'm not sure if I'll ever return. The other location was actually great but it's so far. As a company, I'm fairly indifferent at this point to be honest. Regarding this location in particular, I couldn't conceive returning not only out of principle, also self-respect. For adults it's a great place. For kids, it may also be, however my experience is that unless you have a personal assistant and attorney to plan a birthday party here 2 months in advance I'd recommend calling the Marietta location.
