    Visited Atlanta to bring in my birthday weekend and decided to check out Lucky Strike in Atlantic Station. We had a blast!! Perfect way to start out my birthday. I love love love this location. The vibes, view, and the customer service was great!! Shout out to Zy, my server for making the experience worthwhile 😊

    Great vibes, delicious food. Not your typical bowling alley. This place is more for people who want to have a great time, not "serious bowlers". Pricing is comparable to other bars and restaurants in the area. You can order lane side with a server or digitally with your phone. Small but mighty arcade with boxing bag. Shoes are cute too.

    But an awful excuse for a bowling alley. The lanes are so compact you have no room to move. The lanes aren’t regulation length, they aren’t regulation width. There’s no room to get your step in. Took forever to get checked in because the cashier was off with another associate in the arcade. Just a poor experience. Will not be returning.

    Last night was my first time ever bowling and I absolutely enjoyed the time I spent here. I don’t usually review places but the server I had I think she said her name was Queen she had braids and a scar on her face was absolutely amazing!!!! Her energy actually made my day better. She interacted with us and I felt like I knew her for years. She actually rooted me on in my games and gave me the confidence I needed to actually win my very first game of bowling. She was very attentive and very hilarious. I can’t wait to visit again. Even though the ladies next to us was giving her a hard time she was very unbothered and still very polite. I give her her flowers for that. Even though she was busy she always asked us were we okay even after we cashed out but still had games she stated that she was still there to serve us. I have never had a server still willing to go the extra mile after receiving payment! Queen u ROCK!!! See u soon lady!

    Unacceptable experience. Security refused to let customers in solely because they had a temporary ID, even though it is a valid form of identification. There was no explanation, no attempt to be helpful, and no professionalism shown. Treating paying customers this way is unreasonable and frustrating. Policies like this need to be clearly communicated and staff need better training on how to handle situations respectfully. This level of service is not okay, and I won’t be returning if this is how customers are treated.
