  Hello, I had high expectations before I arrived. Arrived to my bay and the table was dirty. It took about 20 minutes of me waiting before I got any service. Brought me water that appeared dirty. I asked for a Large bottle of sparkling water. They gave me a small one instead just for me and not for my guest as well. We had to get someone’s attention to order food and it took a long time. They were consistent on letting us know how much time we had left fortunately while, also letting us finish the last hole overtime. Had to pay to checkout individually for food and play. Two times. Play was charged automatically before I decided to complete my time. It was very disorganized process to check out and took longer than expected. I don’t plan on returning here unless there’s significant change. I’ll even give It a benefit of the doubt and maybe it was just bad timing of day.

  Everyone there was exceptionally pleasant. As a first time guest, I was extremely impressed by the one on one time and attentiveness. Would definitely recommend! Great specials!!!

  Great place to improve your game and literally stay in the swing of things. All of the staff are so thoughtful - Zane is so quick to answer any league questions and really takes care of the players, as does Will. Also Miles is fabulous and makes sure your drink is never empty. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

  best golf simulator/bar in the ATL area. had emerald as my bartender many times and she always remembers my name and makes the best cocktails. love bryan gubser and natalie holland (the golf pros) they have the best vibes and give the best instructions. i can finally hit my driver, yay! zane oversees the memberships and is basically like family at this point with how much i see him. all the workers at 5i are so friendly and fantastic.

  Have had a blast with this staff for past 2 years. CORI, EMERALD, WILL, BRIAN, SHAWN, WILL, AMIR, MILES, Zane but the entire crew is outstanding. ( i know I forgot a few) They are fun , thoughtful, hard working, Just good people and love to see them working together so well. Service is their priority but being around the crew 3 to 4 days a week shows my the assembling a great team is a must. Kitchen staff is also tops in execution. I live 3 blocks away look forward to the locals that come in and our interaction. We all as locals have the same conversation of why we come back..... the staff is superb.
