- SASara AnnMar 15, 20265.0It was so cool. I did some shoe shopping. Got a two sleeper sleeping bag because I like the extra room. Got a cooker, kettle, and block cushions for under the sleeping bag. I got fitted for an extra large 55 liter or more pack. I won't be able to salsa in that, but it will work for a campout.

I MEAN I DONT NEED TO BE GIVEN A 4 MINUTE LECTURE ABOUT GETTING IT FROM EVERY EMPLOYEE I TALK TO AS SOON AS I WALK IN WHILE IM SHOPPING WHEN I LEAVE. I absolutely hated my experience there, introverts nightmare. Me and and all my friends will never ship here again.

She clearly explained snow pants sizing, bib differences across brands, and fit details, which helped me confidently choose the right pair. Her knowledge and professionalism made the decision easy, and her snow boot recommendations were also very helpful. The rest of the staff is consistently friendly and supportive. On another visit, they even helped me pump my bike tires and lift my bike onto my roof rack. Overall, I would rate this store 9/10. The service is excellent, though I wish they carried a wider selection of snow-season gear, especially snow pants and ski items. Still highly recommend this location.
