He let me try multiple options and moved around the weight bags multiple times to make sure I was comfortable and liked exactly what I was getting. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job and had fun travel stories to share.

However, each time the sales staff have been very outgoing and helpful. The manager gave me a great deal my first visit. I also want to give a shoutout to Wendy in particular. On my second visit to pick up my order, she greeted me and made sure I was aware of the holiday sales. I was curious about the sandals she was wearing, so I asked her about them. Turns out they are Bedrock Cairn EVO 3D sandals. REI didn't have any in store, but she told me all about them and how they fit. I now plan to get myself a pair! Thank you Wendy for being so helpful and fun to talk to!
