  TRULY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Where is the understanding and compassion? I was a loyal member of Rumble Boxing and honestly loved everything about it, the workouts, the trainers, and the energy. It was something I genuinely looked forward to, and I fully intended to keep coming back. That’s why this experience has been so disappointing. I developed a knee injury and did everything I thought I was supposed to do. I formally froze my account through their process as soon as I realized I was injured and even paid the monthly freeze fee. I provided medical documentation from an orthopedic specialist and upon the unfreezing of my account I sent a detailed email on 4/9 to management explaining my situation. I also spoke directly with the manager. AND STILL… no one ever responded to my email. It has now almost a month, and while I have incurred charges and lost the credits I paid for, my email still how ever remains un-responded to. During this time, I lost 8–12 credits that I had already paid for, and was charged for months I physically could not use because of my injury. Being told that the only benefit of freezing my account was keeping my rate felt frustrating and honestly unfair, especially when I couldn't attend the class due to a tear in my knee. What hurts the most is not just the money, it’s the lack of care. I followed their process, communicated clearly, and provided proof of my injury. I thought my situation would surely be understood and accommodated for the charges to be waived, given that I was medically unable to attend and had properly followed their protocol to notify them. I truly would have come back once I healed, because I really did love this place. But after being ignored and made to feel like my situation didn’t matter, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend a business that treats loyal members this way. I would still appreciate the opportunity for someone to review my situation and make this right.

  Very bad management!!! I was with them for 2 years and enjoyed the coaches very much. Classes are great thanks to the staff. But the management is hands off, no communication and are the type that will attempt to bill you for as long as possible. Definitely desperate to make money as they have such poor management they are probably drowning as a business. I feel bad for them and for the staff that are struggling to make ends meet, but multiple emails and no response leads me to make this review.
