  I just picked up my ebike after a tune-up and a few adjustments, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Ryan did an excellent job—she even identified and fixed an issue I didn’t realize existed. The bike rode better today than it has since I first purchased it. REI has a great team in the bike shop. Thank you!

  Great store, I’ve purchased many items from REI over the years, the staff at this store are very helpful and polite. My daughter took bike riding lessons here a couple years ago and she loved it.
