This RV park for seasonal is not as advertised on their website , the side I am on is not 55+ and all the great amenities they advertise in their website are only available to annual leaseholders and those that live on the gated side of the community . The place is nice but I feel like a second class citizen not having access to the best amenities here

First time visiting! Nice & clean neighborhood. Streets are a little tight to navigate backing into our site. But once in plenty of room between sites. Did notice that the even numbered sites the electric is on the door side you will need long cord. But management assisted with changing sites. Very kind & friendly. Will keep on our lists of Encores to stay at!

We just spent 2 quiet, relaxing and HOT weeks here. We stayed here as part of our Thousand Trails membership and have been really happy about choosing this place. This park is mainly full timers and trailers but there are some sites throughout the park for travelers. We were on the main road in a 40ft fifth wheel and had no issues getting in or out. The RV site was pretty nice and had a concrete patio for parking and day use. RV's are parked in the grass next to the patio. It had rained on our way to the park and although the ground was wet, it was solid enough to support the RV and not sink in too deep. Sites are not huge but you can't hear your neighbor flush so that's a huge bonus. We have met a lot of residents and other travelers while there and everyone was just as nice as could be. Trash schedule is a little weird but they do have cans if you happen to have some trash in between the twice a week pickup. We only had to use the cans once as we didn't want poultry trimmings in the RV for a few days...… Overall this is a nice, quiet and safe park and one we will come back to again if we are in the area.
