She must have made a dozen trips to the back to make sure we found the right boots. Next was the backpacks. Shelia gave us the ins-and-outs of what we needed for what we were doing. Can’t thank the staff enough for all of their help!

Bike repair person stated that I should have gone somewhere else if the service was less than REI. They don’t really care if you are a member or that you had many bike services done with them. Manager was not helpful either and did nothing about how they treated me. Real bike repair shops are charging a lot less than REI.
