He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and made no effort to explain the bikes or assist us. I was interested in purchasing a bike and chose this location because of its proximity and Trek’s strong reputation for customer service. However, this interaction led me to buy the bike elsewhere, as I did not feel respected or welcomed. Until that manager is working there, I will not recommend this store.
