- JMJose Enrique Mercado MercadoJan 22, 20261.0Took my road bike back after been built back up, after paying over $400 dollars, which I took it in for a factory warranty, while my bike was getting re built, I asked the manager whom is no longer there at this time to send me a quote on a gravel bike which he did, first my bike chain was skipping so took it back and they refused to fixed the chain skipping, they tried to sell me a new chain and cassette, chain was brand new and the cassette is from my spare wheels, that I rarely use, I suggested, why don’t I let you keep the bike and you guys actually go and ride it so you see that is not the chain as I knew it was a brand new chain. Anyways they profoundly refused to do so and they refused to honor the price the manager had given me! I am an avid cyclist and I will never go to any of the trek locations! Period! Because they sue me wrong!

I drive two hours south whenever I need to buy or have my bikes serviced because of the phenomenal, friendly and professional service given to me by the manager Steven (I believe he is the manager) if he isn’t he should be! I drive past many bike shops to come to this location because of how I am treated by Steven. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy or service their bikes! Make sure you ask for Steven. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
