Oh no, he says, now we have to listen to a story. Why don't you just put what you are holding down on the counter so we can see it. Should have walked out right then, but needed the part so continued. Conversation continued with more bizarre and aggressive comments from this guy, who eventually told me to go to the hardware store and buy some washers. That is 100% the wrong answer. New to area. The hunt for a helpful bike shop continues. Too bad for trek as I have expensive bikes and always spend whatever it takes to keep them in top condition. Won't be setting foot inside this store again, and based upon my experience, do not recommend.

Rare qualities in a bike shop.

He gave me the price for the pads and labor and I thought it was reasonable so left it with him to work on. He said it should be done within a day or two. He called me back about an hour later and it was done! Excellent customer service from everyone at the store! Thank you!
