Both times, I walked in w out appointment and they fixed my bike right then and there. they were minor repairs, and one of the times they didn’t even charge me. they are so friendly and fast. I kept insisting on paying them, but they wouldn’t take it. I will go to them to purchase a bike or do any repairs. I trust them a lot.

This morning, as I was riding the left crank started spinning and I took the bike to the shop for repair. The service was just awful. The tech was chastising me that my bike is dirty and that is the reason that it was broken. He then proceeded to tell me it is the last time they will be repairing my bike if I do not clean it. Granted, I have paid for all the services. The manager, who I met last week was there looking on and did not seem bothered by the kind of statements that his worker was making. Needless to say, I took my bike back, went to Outspokin bike shop, who noted that the locking nut was missing and after I explained to them the problem with the Trek bike store customer service, they proceeded to fix it at no charge. Thank you Outspoking bike. The manager at Trek Tampa needs to learn customer service etiquette.
