We have a Trek dealer close to my house but my wife told me to check out the Trek Store in South Tampa. So I followed her advice and boy am I glad that I did. The first good experience I had was that I called there first to see if the bicycle I wanted was in stock. And somebody actually answered the phone and checked the inventory and went out onto the floor and verified that it was there before I drove to Tampa. When I got there I met with Keith who showed me the different models of bikes that would fit my riding style. Wow what an inventory they have. I settled on the Trek Verve. Keith also showed me the different accessories that I could get for the bike and installed them right there at the store. One accessory that I wanted had to be ordered but it only took a week to come in. Instead of me coming all the way back to Tampa Keith delivered the bicycle to my house. Now that's what I call customer service! I will definitely recommend Trek Bicycle in South Tampa to my friends and make sure they meet with Keith to see all things Trek.
