Rob helped me test out the backpack I was considering to make sure it was a good fit and showed me how to properly put it on and take it off. Dave shared so much knowledge about equipment to consider for my trek. He was honest about what would be good for me and what was unnecessary considering my experience level and the style of trek I’m doing. I feel more confident now about my adventure and will be returning to REI many times before I go, I’m sure.
