I was told to buy some staff they could fix it but others say they have limited knowledge and and have been extremely rude and unhelpful. Now they told me to take it to another store. Worst service ever and have have had to change names. Dont trust them! Go to Tampa Bay E-bikes for trusted bike service!

Their very respectful, answer whatever questions you have and fix everything that you need. I should because I've bought two bikes from them and I got a say I love them, it gets to my job or where I need to go.
