- RIRobert Mitchell IISep 24, 20251.0I bought a brand new Hey Bike from the store. Have had problems with it and nobody there seems to know how to help with it. I was told to buy some staff they could fix it but others say they have limited knowledge and and have been extremely rude and unhelpful. Now they told me to take it to another store. Worst service ever and have have had to change names. Dont trust them! Go to Tampa Bay E-bikes for trusted bike service!

No high pressure sales and they treat you like a family friend. If you are in the market for an ebike you should definitely check out Pedego ebikes. - JSJason SextroJun 1, 20225.0I've got nothing but praises to say about pedego bikes, and the wonderful people that sold me the bike. They answered all my questions and a timely manner and even has checked up on me to ask about my bike. In my opinion that's above board service and there's nothing like it. Pedago electric bikes have been by far one of the smoothest riding bikes that I've had the pleasure of being on. I love the fact that they do full service on the bikes which no electric bike company that I looked into before would have done for me so it's always good to have a handyman to fix your bike when it goes down. I love all the bonus features that you can put on these bikes because I'm a fisherman and this bike is just set perfectly to be a fisherman's bike. There's plenty of storage compartments on the saddlebags which works great for short distance fishing trips or trips to the store. All I can really say is I sing my praises about this bike because it's a smooth ride sweet style very classy frame. I love the step-through feature which enables me to not have to worry about knocking anything over when I get off my bike. I look forward to my first servicing within the first 100 miles. The fact that they allow that is also a bonus and buying the bike you can't beat a hundred mile maintenance check up on your gear. Enclosing I would recommend this bike to anyone it's a fun piece of hardware and I've enjoyed it so far very immensely can't wait to be back on the road and on that note Happy trails and enjoy pedego bikes.
