They have been absolutely terrific. Both of us see consistent improvement in our golf swings week after week. What they do extremely well is focus on one aspect of the swing each week But something that my husband says he’s never experienced in the past is that they always know exactly what they worked on the week before and we were able to continue the progression They say that they will improve your swing by seven strokes. I know that both of us have already had rounds where we’ve improved by seven strokes. It would highly recommend their team

Cameras and equipment give you and the pro an ability to see what changes are necessary and then you can review the suggestions because you have a permanent record of the lessons and a summary of the analysis on video. In addition to the lessons,practice sessions are included also and allow you to use the cameras so you can watch every swing from different directions after you do it and the simulator is available also so you can see how far ad how straight you hit the ball. Their advertisement says you can anticipate a 7 yard improvement with each shot. My improvement was closer to 10 yards but more importantly, it was 10 straight yard, otherwise the 7 yards would have put me further in the wrong direction All the instructors are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. My instructor,Steve Lippincott was terrific and he works at both the north Tampa office and in the Carrollwood office. In summary,this was a five star experience. Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
