The lane we were originally assigned to had many problems which took 5 or 6 times to resolve before my group was moved to a new lane. Each time we had an issue with our lane, there was a long wait before any action was taken. The new lane then had problems. The manager Jimmy and the rest of the staff were very unprofessional. Instead of any real compensation for our troubles, we were giving vouchers for “the next time we came back” which we obviously were not coming back after the service we received.
