Javon was wonderful!!!! So helpful from the start and a cool guy. The worst part about the place was the music. They need to fix it asap to get a bigger crowd. Otherwise, I love that they had a Groupon. Javon needs a raise. Type shid!!!!

Came for unlimited bowling. Upon check in they said it didn’t start for another hour. But when I went to the bathroom it said it started at the time we arrived. Pretty upset that they charged us more for 3 games than unlimited would have cost.

The location, atmosphere, and attentive staff were fantastic. Our Masculinity Zone group had a blast.

I have previously bowling at Bowlero with my family. Great time and food. This time was part of school field trip. The kids had a blast. Make sure to request the lightest balls,to put fence and stackable ball ramp for those who can't manage bowling.

I recently visited this bowling venue with my family, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing, particularly when it came to the food service and overall atmosphere. What should have been a fun and lively evening turned into a frustrating wait and a noticeable lack of engagement from the staff. We ordered a very simple item—loaded French fries, and it took 57 minutes for them to arrive. For such a basic appetizer, that wait time was extremely excessive and difficult to understand. To be fair, the manager, Alexis, handled the situation professionally and kindly waived the item from our bill. I truly appreciated that gesture, and it showed that at least someone was trying to make things right. However, the issue really goes beyond the fries or the refund. What stood out the most was the general sense that many of the servers simply did not seem to care. There was very little urgency, communication, or awareness of what was happening around the floor. The overall vibe felt disengaged, almost as if customer experience was not a priority. That is particularly disappointing because this place has so much potential. A bowling center like this should be vibrant, energetic, and welcoming—a place where families bring their kids, friends gather, and the community comes together for a great time. Instead, the environment felt somewhat neglected and disorganized. The reality is that sometimes the difference between an average experience and a great one comes down to relatively simple things: proper training, adequate staffing, leadership presence, and regular feedback to employees about service expectations. When those elements are missing, customers notice. This venue could truly be a prime location for family entertainment in the community. It already has the foundation—a fun activity, a gathering space, and the potential to create great memories. What it seems to need right now is a little more attention, care, and a stronger sense of purpose among the team. I hope this review is taken in the constructive spirit it is intended. With some improvements in service culture, staffing, and employee engagement, this place could easily transform into the lively and enjoyable destination it clearly has the potential to be. Sometimes all it takes is a little extra effort and leadership to turn things around. I genuinely hope management uses feedback like this as an opportunity to grow and elevate the experience for everyone in the community.
