  I cannot say enough good things about the experience I just had at the Tallahassee REI. If you are looking for a team that combines technical mastery with genuine customer care, look no further than the bike shop here. I brought in a new electric bike that needed some serious troubleshooting, and Aiden and Dave were absolute legends. From the moment I walked in, their professionalism was on full display.   Wonderful Staff to work with. At 3 days before Christmas, the staff acted like it was just another day and treated everyone like they were the only one in the store and that's very nice. Thank You for being a "Top Notch" place to shop.

  I’ve always loved REI in different parts of the country. After moving to Tallahassee recently I was thrilled to learn how close I was to the REI store. I’ve shopped there several times and have always received great service. Just last week I started shopping for a new bike and was educated and helped by Neil. His knowledge, patience, insight into my needs and general calm demeanor is so impressive! He has me committed to buying all our bikes there! And they have a highly respected bike repair shop as I’ve been informed by my biking friends. I feel very to have a trusted advisor in Neil!

  Great store for, hiking, biking, backpacking and other similar outdoor experiences. The staff are always friendly. The have an extensive amount of products and you can order online as well. A used gear department is available as well. Purchase a membership and get a good discount. This is the only store of its kind in this area and I highly recommend them.
