  I came in looking for a gift for a friend and wasn’t planning on writing a review, but the employees were incredibly kind and helpful. Their service absolutely made my day. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

  I went to the compass and map class tonight and it was excellent! The instructor was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, especially as my friend and I brought our sons (1st-3rd grade) who have done some mapping and compass work with our homeschool co-op. He was able to engage a wide range of ages which is a great skill. We enjoyed all the hands on activities that the class provided to really help us practice the skills. Also the class size was so perfect, we had actually 8 people which is more than their typical classes size of 6, but it felt like a great sized group. I highly recommend the class!

  I was looking for a reasonably priced kite that was good quality and already included a strong string, since I didn’t want to purchase accessories separately like I had to in the past. I saw REI’s ad while traveling to a kite festival and stopped in-store. The associate was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the experience easy. The kite was a great deal, excellent quality, and we received many compliments on it at the kite festival. Highly recommend REI for both service and value.
