  My 3 year old new cart lithium battery quit, they replaced, and caught the receptacle issue. Replaced all at lower cost than I expected. Wendy and Gordon are great people to do business with.

  About a year agoI had a 2012 EZGO golf cart that had the batteries die, no doubt to some maintenance negligence on my part. Parts 'n Carts picked it up, installed new batteries and gave me a tutorial on how to properly maintain the batteries. This year, I decided it was time to upgrade, and immediately checked out options at all the local suppliers. After working with Wendy, I decided to by a new 2026 ClubCar with lithium batteries. They were very patient with me and my many questions about the various options, and gave me a reasonable trade in allowance on my old cart. I ordered an enclosure to protect against rain and wind, and it was delivered and installed within one week. Their staff member walked me through all the features of the new golf cart, how to properly charge and maintain the batteries and other factors in maintaining my new investment. Very pleased with their professionalism and service. Highly recommend Parts 'n Carts to anyone needing service in the SCC area.
