  Garrett and his trusted sidekick Stoli are gracious and generous – filled up our Bike tires and found us an affordable lock which didn't make him much money but was really all we needed – will definitely go back for any future Bike needs -impressive selection of electric bikes as well!

  Wife and I rented 2 bikes and enjoyed a full day in and around St. Petersburg, Bikes were comfortable, came with a carrying bag, lock and bottle holder. Gave us all that we needed to enjoy the day. Between manual and electric power we were able to go just about 40 miles. Had a GREAT TIME, look forward to doing it again!

  On a scale of 1-10 we broke past 10 , the best bike ride I’ve been on in my life and customer service was outstanding. Tyler is very professional and actually is knowledgeable about the Pinellas trail and the area , the bikes are incredible and extremely smooth and sturdy well balanced , have pouches for large bottles of water ect…and very fair price and most important can get up to speed being Electric no need for pedaling but if you want to switch it up to pedaling you can do so at will. I was able to reserve a day without any problem and will be returning back , i took the trip from Tampa all the way to St Petersburgh which should tell you it was well worth the trip. anyone interested in bike rental your best best for the full ride experience is Pedego St Petersburgh.

  I am so glad that I purchased a Pedego! Yea, I could have have paid less purchasing another bike. But when I had an electronic issue and needed my bike fixed, I received the best customer service I've ever experienced with any product. Every person along the line from corporate to a store I used while traveling in Bend Oregon to my home store in St. Petersburg Florida, treated me with such empathy and expediency to ensure my bike was fixed, so I could get back to enjoying it as soon as possible. I did not have a way to get my bike to the store so they picked up my bike so and delivered it back to me. Everything they said they would do they did and kept in contact with me at every step. A long time warranty and great customer service has already delivered for more than any extra I paid for a superb product. This is a company that truly stands behind their product. If you didn't buy a Pedego, good luck getting the kind of service that I received from Pedego.

  After shopping e-bikes for several years, I happen to find PEDEGO while dropping my wife off at the dentist. I took a test ride and fell in love with this bike! Excellent features, well made, a full 5 year warranty! Unmatched by any other bike manufacturer. Help in the store was excellent, knowledgeable about all the bikes. It wasn't long before I made my decision to purchase!
