We brought our Vincent House Pasco group to Bowlero for our social, and we had such an amazing experience! Tina, the manager, and her team were so kind, welcoming, and accommodating to all of us. They made sure we had everything we needed and treated our members with so much patience and respect.
Everyone had a great time bowling, laughing, and enjoying the day together. Thank you, Tina and the whole Bowlero staff, for making our outing such a positive experience we will definitely be back!

《Edited》The owner requested that I remove my review, but since every part of my experience happened inside their bowling alley and reflects the service and conditions they choose to offer to customers, I believe it is appropriate to leave it here. The pro shop may be independently operated, but it is still a business they choose to lease space to inside their bowling alley. My review also covers the bowling alley’s lane conditions, which were described to me by bowlers who use these lanes daily. They explained that this alley applies a custom oil mixture that creates lane reactions they have never seen anywhere else, and even high level bowlers with top tier equipment cannot get a ball to hook properly on these lanes. That information is directly about the bowling alley, not the pro shop.
● My original review is below:
I came into this pro shop ready to spend around $600 or more replacing everything that was stolen from me a few years ago, including two bowling balls for myself, one for my wife, plus shoes and bags for both of us, wrist supports, towels, cleaner, and all the accessories we needed to finally get back into the sport we love. Bowling has always been something my wife and I enjoyed together, but after our gear was stolen and moving here to care for my elderly mother with Lewy Body Dementia, we have not had the chance to enjoy any hobby or sport in years. This week, for the first time in a long time, we finally had the availability to join a league night, and today was my birthday. The plan was to pick up our new equipment and spend the night bowling together to celebrate.
Instead, the experience completely deflated us. The staff member immediately started talking me out of everything I came in to buy. When I explained that I am a certified USBC bowling coach with a 260–270 average, frequent near-perfect games, and years of competitive experience traveling from state to state, he brushed it off and told me I would not be able to do what I wanted with the balls I asked for.
I explained every detail of my bowling style, including where I stand, what arrows I target, how I adjust for different lane conditions, and when my ball typically hooks, but he still said he would not know what to recommend or how to drill for me. He did not offer to watch me throw a single shot or even take a test ball, which most reputable pro shops will do before recommending or drilling anything, especially when someone is ready to spend that much money.
To make things worse, he went on to badmouth the very bowling alley his shop is located in, calling it the worst house he has ever bowled at and saying that they use their own personal oil creation that causes problems he has never seen on any other lanes in any other state. He said even professional bowlers with top-tier equipment cannot get a ball to hook there because of it. That alone made me lose all confidence in both the shop and the lanes.
What was supposed to be a meaningful day celebrating my birthday, replacing what we lost, and finally getting back into the sport that means so much to us ended in disappointment. I walked in ready to spend, ready to bowl, and ready to bring joy back into our lives. Instead, I walked out feeling dismissed, discouraged, and completely talked out of doing any of it. For a pro shop, that is not just bad service, it is a heartbreaking missed opportunity to help people reconnect with something they love.
