Prior to making a purchase, I spoke with Anthony, who spent over an hour thoroughly explaining the differences between various road bike models. At no point did he attempt to upsell me to a more expensive option; instead, he focused on what best suited my needs, which I greatly appreciated. His professionalism, respectfulness, and deep knowledge of the entire lineup stood out. I ultimately purchased a bike through Marketplace, and based on the positive experience I had with Anthony, I immediately contacted the shop to have it serviced. Once again, I was not disappointed. I worked with Robin, who was extremely informative and took the time to explain everything in detail. He recommended the most appropriate service based on the bike’s condition, which included a Level 2 service along with replacing the shift and brake cables. After picking up the bike, it felt like a completely new ride. The shifting is incredibly smooth, and the improvement was immediately noticeable. The service was well worth the investment. I will absolutely recommend this shop and will continue to return for any future needs.

And you cannot actually rent a bike from/at this Trek bike shop, you have to rent the bike through the website that the shop uses. They directed me to the website that I used from my phone, the contract is long requiring several signatures. Good service, but, I wasn't provided a checkout where it was clearly indicated I had returned the equipment.
