  Sean truly came through for us and got our golf cart back in excellent condition. After another shop had damaged several components, we brought it to him not running. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issues, and also successfully completed the lithium conversion. I would absolutely recommend Sarasota Golf Cart Sales and will be using them again in the future.

  Sarasota Gulf Carts is a great business, they are super friendly and they did an amazing job on getting my gold cart up and running. Sean is an amazing guy, he is super friendly, super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them if you need your cart fixed or just to buy one.

  We were initially excited to find a place that would refurbish a golf cart with our preferences. We have a 4 passenger with golf bag holder. Unfortunately, the 1st day we drove the cart on the cart paths, we noted the bag rack not only hit the ground but actually dragged and the rear passenger platform bent down more the first time we had people sit in it. We contacted the owner several times and were told there was nothing he could do or recommend any fixes.He wouldn’t even purchase the cart back or stand behind his product. So Buyer beware! You are better going elsewhere to purchase your cart where they stand behind their product and not use shoddy materials In response to Owners comment…we actually told you of this issue within a week of getting the golf cart and you requested pictures be texted to you. It did take us a while to get you the pictures (as we have been very busy) but your response was “I’ve never had an issue with the brackets” and that was it. No concern over our concerns and no recommendations or possible remediation. As a previous small business owner, I would have at least offered to take a physical look at it and see if there was an issue with the way the brackets were installed or the bag holder was too heavy for the cart. When we texted that we were looking to sell the cart back to you, it was tough luck and good luck. Not a way to address a customers concerns at all.
