    Not great customer service. I walked in, no one greeted me and they looked right at me. And no one asked me if I needed help the entire time I was there… might stick to online.

    Great experience! I don't normally spend much at REI but we found everything we needed thanks to Brennan. We got a couple bags and a table that he recommended. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and helpful. Like $250 total. The dude with the long hair and beard at the register was also great, friendly, and efficient. 10/10 for customer service

    We have loved REI for over a decade across many states and this location lives up to their great reputation. We now live an hour and a half from them so it’s hard to get there often. We had an embarrassingly large amount of returns we needed to complete and Taylor was very kind and professional helping us. He let us know how we could help them out in the future if this happens again and we will follow all of his great suggestions. It made us appreciate this location and the company even more.

    We dropped my wife’s bike off for a full tune-up and major replacements during the holiday rush. The shop was slammed, but after talking with John and explaining we hoped to ride as a family before vacation ended, he stayed late on New Year’s Day to finish the work. Because of him, we got a weekend of family bike rides we otherwise would’ve missed. Incredible dedication and service—thank you, John!
