The bike that would fit him best wasn’t built yet and typically the don’t have same day turnaround. Rather than pushing it off for later in the week, Matthew made my son’s birthday by building it on the fly so we could bring it home same night. That’s excellent customer service and we are very grateful!!

He was super knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and helpful. Like $250 total. The dude with the long hair and beard at the register was also great, friendly, and efficient. 10/10 for customer service
