  Just unimaginable!!! BE CAREFUL IF YOU LET THEM WORK ON YOUR BIKE!!! Took my girlfriends Pedego Element in for a 2000-mile service since it was purchased there. I was very explicit to "Gus" when I dropped it off that I wanted it looked over from top to bottom & from the front to the back. I also specifically requested that the chain be cleaned or replaced & the brakes inspected due to squeaking & I also wanted to replace the basket that I purchased there because the mounting bracket broke. It also had a flat rear tire & I wanted a spare tube to take with me I have attached pictures for reference. Took the bike out this morning to go on a ride together & the back tire was flat. The bike was never ridden!!! I decided to change the tube myself & wouldn't you know I found a used tube with a previous repair that had failed & furthermore I FOUND A RED SHOP RAG INSIDE THE TIRE. I previously purchased a tube liner from Pedego which was just crumpled up inside tire & not placed back where it belongs. You can imagine my disbelief. So, I decide to inspect the rest of the bike. Chain was NEVER CLEANED as the picture reflects. I asked if they could please warranty the basket mount which was purchased there & I was laughed at. So, I get home with the new basket that I had to purchase again for the mount only to find out they gave me the wrong one. I had to make another trip there to get the correct mount. I am astonished in the lack of quality control especially given the fact that people's lives are at risk here. I will update this post accordingly if & when the shop reaches out to me. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DON'T PUT YOUR LFE AT RISK, THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR SAFETY

  When we walked into Pedago electric bikes, it was like waking into an advertisement. Everything was in its place. And it was spotless. The bicycles were organized and laid out like the Indy 500. Different model bikes were hanging on a wall shiny and new. Accessories were organized across from them. The 2 gentlemen wore company shirts with their names and jeans. They were highly knowledgeable about the different models. I give such a glowing recommendation because the 3 electric bike stored my wife and I visited were a bit disorganized. Different parts were lying around, they sold different models, they did repairs and there was grease and parts all over the floor and although it didn’t bother me as much, the wife wanted no part of it

  We were camping at Myakka river state park and had been having trouble with our 2 year old interceptors. We decided to call this shop and took them in to be serviced. Superb service on our bikes and both running excellent now. Highly recommend this dealer. We love our pedego interceptors. One of our best ever purchases

  When I bought my first electric bike I had doubts about price justification. One ride and that all disappears. I have so much joy and exercise, it’s become a daily routine. John at Sarasota store is the best customer service one can get. It’s been a real pleasure to deal with these folks I highly recommend.
