This has been my home alley since I started bowling 7 months ago. I have a love/hate relationship luckily it’s more love than hate.
Few things to understand especially if you’re bringing kids who need to use bumpers. There are quite a bit of alleys that the bumpers are completely broken and need to be manually lifted, which will cause everyone on that lane to only use the bumpers, so please make sure you ask the front desk to get a working alley with bumpers.
Speaking of the alley, there are times where the lanes will breakdown during play. Majority of the time it’s lane 47/48 and it’s also hit or miss. Some days it works fine other days it’s breaking down multiple times during a game. This one just comes down to how often you visit. In my personal experience I would stay away from lanes 3, 22, 47, and 48 (unless management responds to this review and states they are fixed) especially if you’re on a reserved lane and using 2 hours as it counts against your time when the lane breaks. As much as I’d hate to say it I think string pins would be the saving grace for this center.
For serious bowlers/league bowlers I’d recommend again if there’s availability to stay to the right side of the alley around 30-46 unless it’s Monday, Tuesday or Thursday night (7pm) as league play happens and those lanes will be shut down for play. The “party” lanes will be to your left and will have heavy play from kids. Approach wise they do an amazing job keeping things cleaned and if you ever feel like you need to approach wiped down majority of the employees are very helpful in doing so. Again I’ve bowled around 300-350 games here within a 7 month period with my own equipment and luckily haven’t had any issues with my ball being damaged.
As far as league and tournaments go I really wish this Bowlero would incorporate more of them. They recently had a 9 pin No Tap tourney for Christmas Eve and it was a lot of fun. Sadly unless you’re a senior citizen/retired most leagues and tournaments are done on work days in the afternoon. I’ve had to drive further south if I want to be apart of any weekend tournaments/leagues. I’d say right now the two best leagues are on Tuesday (mixed league) and Thursday nights (doubles league currently).
The one thing I do not like about this place and the main reason for my 3 stars is the pro shop. I’m sorry but the guy who runs it is never there unless you’re a senior citizen/retired and need a ball on a Monday at like 1pm then sure he will be extremely helpful or if you decide to go during a Tuesday night during league he’s also open for a few hours. The fact the shop is never opened on a weekend is a huge missed opportunity. Unfortunately even if he is there getting a ball drilled is very hit or miss, I’ve had to re drill multiple balls sadly. Again this is just my experience and your mileage will vary. I’d recommend going to St Lucie Lanes or even Jupiter (I’m aware that this pro shop is also owned by the same gentleman as PSL Bowlero but I feel like they are more readily available and very experienced).
Overall Gabby and the crew are absolutely amazing at what they do when it comes to hosting parties and making you feel appreciated. Any concerns are immediately taken care of and if you have any questions Gabby is the best person to reach out to for any questions.

You can’t reserve a lane online if you have your own shoes, they have no option to reserve a lane without the shoe charge, so that’s no deal at all really. So axe that from your thoughts.
Make sure you pay in advance if you want the buy 2 get 1 deal. They try to talk you out of paying in advance so you put your card on file and then they let you know, oh well you only get the buy 2 get 1 free if you pay in advance... The female staff there on weekends is not great to be honest, I had a much better experience with the male manager there. Online it says they open at 11AM. They open at 12 apparently on Saturday. The claw machines are 98% all malfunctioning.
Duffy’s also charges an extra fee (18% gratuity) for the bar there on the Bowlero side when they take the 10-15 minutes just to realize someone is there because they are too busy in the bathrooms gossiping or on their phones not paying attention to anything. This place is inconsistent and honestly for the prices everyone in there should be on top of everything. The bathrooms are dirty most of the time. A TRASH CAN, is what holds up the DIAPER CHANGING TABLE in the changing station area of their bathroom. … that’s not disgusting at all right?
